Shrikant Naik is the Global Delivery Head at QuEST Global. In his current role, Shrikant drives delivery excellence by providing a robust delivery model that synchronizes the global delivery team with the various technology, quality and project management groups at QuEST.
Over the years, Shrikant has built and led several key delivery capabilities across multiple domains at QuEST. He has successfully set up delivery best practices that have enabled large teams and business units to transform into efficient delivery centers that leverage various platforms and processes to drive growth, innovation and customer satisfaction.
Shrikant joined QuEST in 2001 and has since then, played multiple roles. These include leading business units and client delivery accounts, leading and managing organizational transformation journeys, organization redesign and nurturing fruitful long lasting client relationships.
Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Digital Manufacturing, Shrikant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master’s degree in Design Engineering, both from Karnatak University, India. He has completed Executive Development Program from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt holder and has guided many six sigma projects at QuEST.
