Ravalnath Kamath, General Manager of the Consulting Practice at QuEST Global has ownership for and oversees global operations of the Consulting business. He also has responsibility for the diversified growth of the consulting business across various industries, services and geographies along with its P&L. He has been associated with QuEST Global for the last 13 years leading various initiatives in Sales, Operations, Program Management, and Merger & Acquisitions. A passionate, inspiring and inclusive leader, Ravalnath Kamath has incubated and scaled the consulting business to a 300 strong team in a short time. Result oriented with strong process and project management skills, he has built the continuous improvement mindset in his team by constantly raising the bar. Prior to QuEST, Ravalnath Kamath was part of LCA project at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., as Design Engineer and served as an Application Engineer in Microgensis for a few years. Ravalnath Kamath holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mangalore University, Karnataka, India. He is based out of Bangalore, India.
