As General Counsel of QuEST Global, Lindsey is responsible for managing all legal, regulatory, and compliance activities globally, and overseeing our legal team. He provides legal and strategic guidance on significant corporate initiatives, and looks after corporate governance and compliance matters.
Lindsey brings in three decades of experience working with global teams in the areas of procurement, labor and employment, complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and integration. Prior to joining QuEST, Lindsey worked with DuPont for over 28 years in various leadership roles. Most recently he was Vice-President and Associate General Counsel, leading the M&A, corporate governance, labor and employment, procurement, and Safety & Construction legal teams.
Lindsey holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from New York University and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
